J’utilise un matériel différent (l’accessoire glace du robot Kenwood) et probablement moins performant qu’une vrai turbine à glace, donc il est tout à fait possible qu’il faille moins de temps avec une turbine.
Je dirais simplement que l’important c’est que la glace soit bonne et qu’il est normal d’adapter le temps en fonction de sa machine

je viens de faire ta glace mais ma turbine n’est pas allée aux 30 mn car le mélange est devenu trop épais

est ce normal ? du coup , elle a tourné 20mm et j’ai mis mon appareil speculos au congel
